The Summary Tab

The Summary tab on the Repsly Mobile app shows the representative a summary of their activities, listed in an easy to read report format. The representative can filter this report to view specific statistics, or they can email this report directly to a Manager. 

How to Filter on the Summary Tab

1. Open the Summary tab.

2. Click the Filter button (located on the upper right hand side of the page).

3. Use filters (such as date range) to find specific data. Click the Done button to view the narrowed down report.

*How to Send a Report via the Summary Tab

1. Open the Summary tab and click on the Email icon. You will then be taken to a screen that will allow you to enter the email details. When your email is ready to be sent, click the Send button.

 * Please note that you can see and use the e-mail option only if your admin has enabled the option to send emails from the mobile app in your representative profile.

Results

The Summary tab is a great way for a rep to understand their activities, better utilize their time and hit key metrics. The Summary tab also allows you email and share this data with Backoffice managers.
