The Retail Audits are surveys that allow Reps and Managers to keep track of key product information.
Filling out Retail Audit
1. Click on the My Places tab.
2. Select the place for which you wish to perform the retail audit from the Places list.
3. Check in to the place using the red Check In Icon and click the More button.
4. Select Retail Audit and select the one you wish to fill out.
5. Complete the necessary fields and press Next.
6. Review the Retail Audit and press Done.
7. If you want to email the Retail Audit, press the Submit and Send by Email button. Otherwise, your Retail Audit will now be submitted and available on the Activities tab.
NOTE: For the emailing option to work, the "Allow representative to send emails from mobile app" option must be checked in individual representative profiles in the Web application.
Retail Audits allow field reps to capture real-time data on products that are associated with your places.
