Limiting Backoffice Users to Certain Functions
Repsly allows you to add users as managers so they can have access to the data. You can limit the access to certain Backoffice users, this allows the account Manager to set restrictions on other members account accessibility.
How to limit Backoffice Users to Certain Functions
1. Click on the Gear Icon.
2. Click Settings.
3. Then Click on Backoffice users.
4.Select the Backoffice user that you wish to create limited access for.
5. Take a look at the Permissions and check or uncheck what you want other managers to have access to. (Permission types include; Data Administration, Data Analysis and Manage Organization).
6.Click Save to update information.
This allows the Account Manager to limit the permission of other managers on the account.
