The Backoffice user has the capability to change the Mobile application's default language. This allows specific reps to see all features of the Mobile app in a specific language.
Repsly is available in English, Spanish, Russian, Croatian, Czech, Portuguese, French and German.
Changing the Language
You set the language for each rep on the Representative's profile page.
Here is how:
1. Click on Representatives tab.
2. Open the representative's profile by clicking on the icon next to their name.
3. Select the language from the Language drop-down menu.
4. Make sure you Save after making the changes.
After making the changes within the Backoffice, the reps for which you changed the language, will now have the entirety of the Mobile app in their specified language.
