Replying to messages sent by the reps allows you to manage and answer questions that occur while reps are in the field. This can and will create better employee interaction and lead to more efficient work habits. The video and the steps below will walk you through answering messages and enhancing your team dynamics.
Enhance your Team Management and Collaboration
1. Click the Repsly Logo to go to the Main page. Then select the Messages filter from the drop down menu.
2. Optionally, you can apply filters (such as date or rep) to narrow down your data. Find the message you want to respond to.
3. Write your reply in the Comment section below the message.
4. Click the Post button to send your message.
When the reply is sent the rep will receive notification of the message, thus creating a dialogue between the rep and management. Messaging allows for easy, real time communication between the field team and their managers.
