Giving reps access to edit their own schedules will allow them to create visits that may come up during their day. This will help your reps stay organized and complete all necessary visits for the day.

Allowing Reps access to their Schedules
1. Click on the Gear Icon.
2. Then click on Settings.
3. Click on Application Settings.
4. Select the Schedules heading. Then make sure that the box is checked next to "Enable reps to add or edit their schedules".
5. Click Save.
After completing these steps, your reps will be allowed to schedule their own visits from their mobile devices directly from the field.
