Adding a Scheduled Visit at a Place
Having schedule control from the back office allows Managers to see where and when his or her reps are set to complete activities. With this feature available a manager can field a call and immediately create an event in the schedule that allows the reps to make the necessary visits.
Overview of the Schedule Feature
Using your Places to Create a new event
1. Click on the Places tab
2. Choose the Place you wish to add an event for
3.Click on the schedule tab
4. View the Places Schedule and click on the (+) sign to add events accordingly. Fill in the required information and then press add to schedule
You can also add the rep you wish to have visit the client when adding the event.
