All messages sent via the mobile app are stored in the Repsly web console and can easily be replied to.
1. Go to the Main page in Repsly by clicking on the Repsly logo in the top left corner
2. Choose Messages from the activity filter
3. Optionally select date, representative and client filters to narrow the list of messages.
You can develop a conversation with the representative around any event. Just click on the comment icon and type your comment. The comment will appear on the reps mobile device in the Messages section.
