Forms are one of the essential ways of collecting data through Repsly and are used daily by most of our customers. Forms can be massive, and sometimes it takes too much time to look at them all one by one when we want to know a specific thing connected to a certain question or an answer. This article will show you how to find where and which answer was submitted through a form.
Accessing forms through the Activities tab is as easy as accessing anything else through that tab. Just open up the field activities menu and select the form you want to review.
After that, you will be taken to the list of all the activities that include that form, and you will have to convert that list into a tabular view. Once you have the form in tabular view, open up the filter, choose the form question and select or write the answer that you want to get the data for.
Going through the Reports will get you the same result as going through the Activities tab, you will just have to take a different path to get there. Open the Reports tab and choose the form that you want to review.
After opening the form, you have to switch over to the tabular view, and after that, use the filter to view the data you are after.
Getting to the form's filter through the Actions tab is more convenient if you want to make bulk changes instead of just reviewing data. Go to the Actions tab and open the drop-down filter menu.
After that, the list of places that had that answer submitted will appear and you can perform changes that you want or just review the list of places.
If you followed the steps in this article, you should have a list of places where a certain form was submitted with a specific answer. After that, you can review the data that you just filtered through or export it for a further review.
