Having schedule control from the back office allows Managers to see where and when his or her representatives are set to complete activities. With this feature available, a manager can field a call and immediately create an event in the schedule that allows the reps to make the necessary visits.
How to add a New Visit
Click on "Schedule" tab
Click on "New visit" to schedule a New Visit
You can choose a Due date and select 'Set as due date' and that visit will be visible to representatives every day up to that date.
Note: If representatives have a scheduled more than one visit to the same place. They will be able to choose which scheduled visit they want to complete.
