If your Representative's time and mileage is incorrect (in case of human or technical error: the rep forget to start or end their day or didn't turn on their GPS, the GPS was disrupted or app/device malfunction), you can easily edit the Time on mileage on their side from the web portal.
Please follow the instructions to see how it's done:
1. Click on the Activities filter. Select Time and Mileage. You can also filter by date range, representative, and territory.
2. Click on the Tabular View.
3. Find a date for which you need to edit the working hours. Once you place a mouse cursor on the working hours, or the time and mileage, you’ll be able to edit them. Confirm by clicking on the green check icon.
Time and mileage report will be adjusted and your payroll report can be corrected.
