If your Representative's time and mileage is incorrect (in case of human or technical error: the rep forget to start or end their day or didn't turn on their GPS, the GPS was disrupted or app/device malfunction) managers can easily edit the Time on mileage on their side from the web app.
Please follow the instructions to see how it's done:
1. Click on the activities filter. Select Time and Mileage. You can also filter date range, representative and territory.
2. Click on the Tabular View.
3. Find a date for which you need to edit working hours. Once you place a mouse cursor on the working hours or the time and mileage, you’ll be able to edit them. Confirm by clicking on the green check icon.
