All messages sent via the Repsly Mobile app are stored in the Repsly web app and they can easily be replied to. The managing of messages is simplified by Repsly and creates positive team management and improved internal communication.

Where Can I Find Messages Sent From the Repsly Mobile App?
1. Click on the Repsly logo to visit the Main page.
2. Select Messages.
3. You can filter by date, representative or place to narrow the data.
4. You can develop a conversation with your Reps around any event. Just click on the icon and type your comment. The comment will appear on the Rep's mobile device in the Notification tab.
Once the comment is made the Rep will receive a notification, that states that they have received a message. This will start a dialogue if necessary between the Backoffice and the Rep.
